Who We Are

Tom Stephens, EA (he, him, his)
Tom is an Enrolled Agent and has been in the tax industry since 2009. Enrolled Agents are the highest credentialed tax experts as tested by the Internal Revenue Service and have practice/representation rights throughout the country.
Tom specializes in Small Business tax returns, including Schedule C/Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, Partnerships, and S-Corps. He also specializes in cryptocurrency returns and is well-versed in individual tax returns and their various schedules.
Tom is a retired Navy Supply Corps officer, having served 20 years on Active duty +/or the Naval Reserves.
Tom had a 15-year career in Small Business Banking and Development for a few NE Ohio banks prior to following the route to entrepreneurship himself.
Tom is married to the former Marian Egan Kopp and through their blended family have 5 children- Kathleen/Katy (28), Taylor (25), Jonathan (23), Katherine/Kaeli (22), and Audra (20). Together they live in Olmsted Township with Nora, a 3-year-old lab/pit bull mix, Caramel, a 13-year-old tabby cat, and a host of fish in their 55-gallon tank. They are proud alumni of Olmsted Falls High School where they graduated together (but were not high school sweethearts).
Tom received his Master’s of Science in Management from Oakland City University (IN) and his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Ohio University.
Tom spends his off time officiating football, soccer, basketball, and track for the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), traveling, reading, and engaging in fantasy baseball and football. Greg Campbell
Greg was born and raised in Fairview Park, OH, and graduated from Fairview High School in 2002. He then attended John Carroll University, and in 2006 earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a major in finance.
Greg is a member of the IRS’s Annual Filing Season Program. This means he has completed the yearly required continuing education and passed all of the testing associated. This designation allows for limited representation rights with the IRS and shows a higher degree of continuing education compared to non-credentialed tax preparers. He has experience with personal returns, as well as most business returns (LLCs, S-Corps, & Partnerships). He is also a member of NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals).
Before doing taxes, Greg had experience in multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, and banking. In 2018 he took a part-time job with H&R Block, which sparked more interest in the tax field. During the next few years, Greg worked full-time for the City of Lakewood Finance Department, and part-time doing taxes. This was followed by working for a CPA firm, where he met and worked with Tom Stephens. Since meeting Tom, they have built a strong working relationship that continues to grow.
Greg enjoys a number of hobbies during his free time. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan and loves to get together with friends and great food while watching games. He also loves to travel. This includes visiting family and friends throughout NY & Pennsylvania, as well as the occasional week in Las Vegas. Lastly, his favorite hobby and real passion is investing and trading in the stock market.
