You might initially be concerned about meeting a stranger at Panera and giving them every personal piece of information about you. However, this transaction was great! Everything followed the process as stated from the quick review time to a good amount of correspondence. I had my return done sooner than expected, got all of my documents back, got some good advice for next year, and it was over. I have no reason to look for another tax preparer. Tom was generally on-time for meetings and did get my Federal and State forms filed earlier than he estimated, but my only negative with him was with the Local taxes...never got them!! First he says he forgot to bring them to meeting and he will mail them...they dont come....several days go by he says he has problem with county web site (wait!! i thought they were done and just needed to be mailed??) ....several more days go by he says he'll email...they dont come...finally get an email that he will send on certain date....they dont come.....ended up doing my Local taxes myself even after I paid in full.

While I wasn't able to end up using the service because of non-related issues, they were super helpful and accessible while I was trying to contact them, and were very reliable and prompt with answering!

Was extremely friendly and easy to get in touch with until we met the final time. Came almost 30min late due to meeting with another client which was fine but I would have liked some notice. However, he told me almost a month and half ago I would have my local taxes and have yet to receive them and has had very little communication with me or given any kind of explanation. He even already charged me.
